本プライバシーポリシーは、smartfoloo が開発する Reprice Chrome 拡張機能（以下「本拡張機能」）をご利用いただく際の情報の取り扱いについて説明するものです。本拡張機能は、日本の個人情報の保護に関する法律（個人情報保護法）、EU 一般データ保護規則（GDPR）、カリフォルニア州消費者プライバシー法（CCPA）、その他の関連する国際的な法的枠組みに準拠することを方針としています。

本拡張機能自体は、いかなる個人データも収集・保存・送信・販売しません。お客様の個人情報を受信するサーバーは運営しておりません。

ただし、本拡張機能は Google LLC が提供するウェブ解析サービス「Google アナリティクス」を使用しています。Google アナリティクスは、本拡張機能のご利用時に以下のような技術的・利用状況データを自動的に収集することがあります。

3. 処理の法的根拠（GDPR・個人情報保護法）

4. Google アナリティクスとIPアドレスの匿名化

本拡張機能では、技術的に対応している範囲で、Google アナリティクスの IPアドレス匿名化（IPマスキング）機能を有効にしています。これにより、IPアドレスは保存前に切り詰め処理が行われ、特定個人の識別に使用できない状態になります。

Google アナリティクスのデータは、Google のデータ保持設定に従って Google により保存されます。当社は、集計された識別不可能な解析データのみを、本拡張機能の機能およびユーザー体験の向上目的に限り使用します。

5. データの共有および第三者

当社は、いかなるデータも第三者への販売・交換・賃貸は行いません。データ処理に関与する唯一の第三者は、Google アナリティクスを提供する Google です。Google はアメリカ合衆国その他の国でデータを処理することがあります。EU/EEA および英国のユーザーについては、Google のデータ移転は GDPR に基づく適切な保護措置（例：標準契約条項）によって規律されます。

8. ポリシーの変更

本プライバシーポリシーは随時更新される場合があります。改定がある場合は、本文書の冒頭に発効日を明記します。ポリシー更新後も本拡張機能を引き続きご利用になることで、改定後のポリシーへの同意とみなされます。

This Privacy Policy describes how the Reprice Chrome extension (“Extension,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), developed by smartfoloo, handles information in connection with your use of the Extension. Under the APPI, we handle information in a manner consistent with the purposes described in this policy and do not acquire or use personal information beyond what is described herein.

4. Google Analytics & IP Anonymization

We have configured Google Analytics to use IP anonymization (also known as IP masking) where technically supported. This means that IP addresses are truncated before storage so that they cannot be used to precisely identify an individual.

Google Analytics data is retained by Google in accordance with Google's data retention settings. We use aggregated, non-identifiable analytics data only for the purpose of improving the Extension's features and user experience.

5. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell, trade, or rent any data to third parties. The only third party involved in any data processing is Google (as the provider of Google Analytics). Google may process data in the United States and other countries. For users in the EU/EEA and UK, Google's data transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards under GDPR (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses).
